We will host a donation drive for Union Gospel Mission’s Operation Overcoat again this year. Our donations will help UGM to prepare backpacks with winter gears including clothing, blankets, etc. In this coming winter, they will distribute the backpacks to people experiencing homelessness in Portland, both through the Operation Overcoat events in their partnered churches and organizations, and directly to folks in camps. UGM will also share the gospel and build connections with them through this opportunity.

Drop off donation items:
- Priority items needed:
- Brand new Undergarments and Socks
- new or gently used but clean Sleeping Bags, Coats and Sweaters, Pants, Boots, Blankets, etc
- Donation collection booth will be set up on Sundays 7/17, 7/24 and 7/31, after worship 10:30 – 11:00am and 12:30 – 1:00pm at fellowship hall
- no tax receipt will be provided for items donated
